There are so many new stuff  from Orphan Black that I can't even go to tumblr so to speak, because I really don't wanna watch anything before the premier date.

In May we have Cannes.

Denials and Disappointments

I think it is really funny how Jared Leto mentions human rights, the Ukrainian fight and the people from Venezuela in his Award winning accepting speech, and then hangs out with someone like Terry Richardson, actually being best friends, with this abusive, pedophile who thinks jerking off and making young women do whatever sexual pleasures he feels like doing it's a normal thing to do, like he's legit, he has permission to do that kind of stuff. He even has a fucking assistant to record it. Well, of course he has permission, because everyone seems to allow it. It disturbs me that every fucking celebrity takes a photo with him, from Liv Tyler to Léa Seydoux to Lady Gaga and Dakota Fanning. They're all part of his denial. It's a major denial. It's sad.

Of course, this is the night I sweat like a pig.

I need someone to clear this for me, please! I'm astonished. After jumping and freaking out - So Sarah Paulson just met her soon to be co-star Cate Blanchett right now, in the red carpet? Did I understood that right? And Cate said it was great to meet her? What is happening? They start filming tomorrow or something!

20 Feet From Stardom

This documentary is absolutely well made, it is. But it also feels like such a bitter win for me. I so wished to see something like Stories We Tell recognized. I so wished to have seen Jehane Noujaim up there winning an Oscar. The work she made, her documentary The Square will become a reference whenever someone mentions the Egyptian Revolution. They're all great, inspiring documentaries, so it feels always strange. 

They're all brilliant.
